This Privacy Policy deals with personally identifiable information (referred to as "Data" below) that may be collected by us on our site. This Policy does not apply to other entities that we do not own or control or persons that are not our employees, agents, or otherwise within our control.

Collection of Data

Carrera Productions does not collect any personally identifiable information on our website.

The website does collect anonymous tracking information through Google Analytics that helps us understand use of our website to optimize user experience. No personally identifiable information is collected by Google Analytics and therefore none is provided to us.

Third Party Collection of Data

We hire the services of Folsom Lake College, Harris Center for the Arts for event performances including use of their ticket sales services. All who attend purchase their tickets directly from Harris Center who is solely responsible for their data and processes. Please review their privacy policy at harriscenter.net/privacy-policy.

The Harris Center provides us with the email address, and possibly the name and address of all purchasers of tickets to our events at the Harris Center who opt into email contact when they purchase their tickets. We do not sell this information. Our only use of the information is in the normal course of providing the event, such as, communicating any pertinent information regarding the event for which they’ve purchased ticket(s), and in sending email notices of other events. All such email includes the option to opt-out of subsequent email.

You may request the removal of your information at any time by sending your request and email address to be deleted via email to our email address at the top of this website.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may make changes to this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of substantial changes to this Policy by posting a prominent announcement on this web page.
